Fitters could not control their foul mouths around my grandmother. Unacceptable behaviour. Also were unprepared and lacked a dust sheet or hoover. Asked if they could saw in the hallway of sheltered housing.
Just had floor layed yesterday, Friendly staff, great price which include laying the floor efficient and quick would have given 5 but had to sweep wood from front door and tidy mess left at front door.
We looked at a few flooring shops, this one had the best prices and the widest choice. Only a couple of days wait until delivery and installed.
We have just had our flooring fitted to a large area and we are absolutely delighted with it. The fitters are excellent. Very quick, efficient & friendly. They never stopped for a break and cleaned up everything before they left, can't praise them enough. I have to say the sales man Johns customer service was first class from the minute I entered the store. I speak from experience after visiting lots of diffrent flooring companies. Sales people like John are hard to find. Thank you I would recommend this company to anyone.
